Wagevine Membership Terms
Effective August 2026
Wagevine Membership is a $5.99/month subscription that unlocks instant transfers to your linked debit card. Membership is never required — the free standard transfer (1–3 business days) is always available without a subscription.
What Membership gives you
Access to instant delivery of your advance to your linked debit card, typically arriving in about 5 minutes. Instant transfers also carry a per-transfer fee ($7.99 for $20–$99, $9.99 for $100–$150, $12.99 for $150.01–$200), always shown before you confirm the transfer.
What it costs
$5.99 per calendar month, charged to your card on file via Stripe. The first charge occurs the moment you subscribe. Subsequent charges recur on the same date each month until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel Membership in one tap from More → Account → Cancel Membership. Cancellation is immediate and self-serve — never gated on an active advance and never routed through a retention flow. Once cancelled, Membership stays active through the end of the current billing period; instant transfers still work until then. After the period ends, you keep full access to free standard transfers.
Refunds
If you cancel within 24 hours of your first Membership charge and haven't taken an instant transfer, we'll refund that month in full — message us in the app or email help@wagevine.com. After 24 hours or after using an instant transfer, Membership fees are non-refundable, but you can still cancel to prevent future charges.
Missed payments
If your Membership charge fails, Stripe retries automatically over the next several days. During that window, we'll try to reach you; if the charge still fails, we cancel Membership on your behalf and you keep free standard transfers. No late fees, ever.
Auto-renewal
Membership auto-renews monthly at $5.99. We do not offer annual pricing. If the price ever changes, we'll notify you in the app at least 30 days before your next charge and give you a chance to cancel first.
