State Disclosures

Effective August 2026

Wagevine is licensed to operate on a state-by-state basis. This page lists the specific disclosures required in every state where Wagevine is available. We're currently live only in Missouri; we'll add other states here as we expand and register in each one.

Missouri (RSMo § 361.749)

Wagevine is a registered earned wage access provider under Missouri Revised Statutes § 361.749. Products offered by a registered EWA provider are NOT loans, credit, or money transmission under Missouri law. Expedited-delivery fees and subscription fees charged in connection with earned wage access are not interest or finance charges. Wagevine does not report account activity to consumer credit bureaus.

Missouri — mandatory disclosures

You are not required to pay for expedited delivery. A no-cost standard delivery option (1–3 business days) is always available. Tips are neither requested nor accepted. Repayment is collected automatically via ACH from your linked bank account on your regular payday; the repayment amount equals the amount advanced (principal only). There are no late fees, no returned-payment fees, and no interest. You may cancel your Wagevine Membership at any time in one tap, even if you have an open advance.

Wagevine is only available to Missouri residents at this time. If you live outside Missouri, you can join the waitlist on our homepage and we'll notify you when we launch in your state. This page will be updated with state-specific disclosures as we register in each additional state.
